Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by emailing or calling us with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return under this policy. If we accept a pre-dispatch cancellation after payment, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, clear photographs of the item and outer packaging, and an unboxing video where reasonably available. After verification, we will arrange replacement, return or refund without charging return shipping.

Other eligible returns

Standard, non-customised products may be requested for return within 7 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Approval is required before sending any return. Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

  • Customised or personalised products, except where damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Items used, altered, damaged after delivery or missing original packaging.
  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the stated window.
  • Gift cards or items prohibited from return by law.

Inspection and refunds

Returned items are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the credit. We will notify you if a return is rejected and explain the reason.

Payment debited but order not confirmed

If your account is debited but no order confirmation is received, contact us with the payment reference. After verification, any amount successfully received for an unconfirmed order will be refunded to the original payment method.
