Shipping and Delivery Policy

Service area

We currently ship physical products within India. International shipping is not available unless separately confirmed in writing before purchase.

Processing and delivery

  • Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
  • Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier serviceability.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Any shipping charge, free-shipping threshold, tax or discount is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details are sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, holidays, courier disruptions, remote locations, government restrictions or other events outside our control may cause delays. Contact us if an order has not arrived within the stated estimate.

Address and delivery attempts

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, repeated failed delivery or return-to-origin may be charged before re-dispatch.

Lost or damaged shipments

Report visible damage, loss or an incorrect delivery within 48 hours. Keep the packaging and provide photographs and an unboxing video where reasonably available so we can investigate with the courier and arrange an eligible replacement or refund.

Order changes

Address changes are possible only before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed after the shipping label is created.
